PandaPuzz Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of PandaPuzz, an app published by NITRONIUM LLC ("we"). By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

About PandaPuzz

The game is free and shows ads through Google AdMob; it has no in-app purchases. Ads are subject to Google's terms. Your progress (level, hints, daily streak, settings) is stored only on your device and can be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We cannot restore it.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices, for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, sell, rent or sublicense the app, and you may not decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

Using the app

Use the app lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, bypass its limits or misuse it. If you are under the age of majority in your country, use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Ownership

The app, its design, graphics, sounds and text belong to NITRONIUM LLC or its licensors. These terms give you no ownership of them. Names and logos are not registered trademarks unless stated otherwise.

Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

App stores

If you got the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to you. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for providing support for it. Purchases, refunds and subscriptions, if any, are handled by the store.

No warranty and limit of liability

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, NITRONIUM LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may update the app or these terms, or stop offering the app. If these terms change, the new version is posted at this address with an updated date. Your licence ends if you break these terms. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are decided by the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected by these terms.
